Collaborate closely with eLearning developers and media specialists to deliver high-quality digital learning assets that meet accessibility, usability, and brand standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives using learner feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input to refine and optimize training programs. Contribute to team standards by developing and maintaining templates, style guides, content governance frameworks, and QA processes. Stay updated on adult learning principles and modern digital learning patterns, including scenario-based learning, practice-led design, and blended learning approaches. Qualifications Who We’re Looking For: 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Designer, preferably in technical or B2B training environments working with engineering or software products. Strong capability in writing measurable learning objectives and building assessments that validate competence and skills mastery. Understanding of adult learning principles and modern digital learning patterns, including practice-led design. Experience designing learning for technical audiences, including engineers, designers, and technical professionals. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) for global stakeholder collaboration and content development. Strong organizational skills and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel with competing priorities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Understanding instructional design principles and best practices for technical training delivery. Preferred Requirements: Experience in designing learning for software products, engineering tools, EDA, CAD/CAE, electronics, or other complex technical domains. Familiarity with Articulate ecosystem (Storyline/Rise/Review) and ability to collaborate effectively with eLearning developers. Experience with ILT design. Exposure to LMS/LXP platforms, SCORM standards, and learning analytics. Experience with content localization and developing training for global audiences.
