REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Industrial Pharmacy/Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical laboratory or industrial pharmacy environment with an emphasis in formulation development in Oral/Topical dosage forms.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

An understanding of the nutraceutical development process is preferred.
Knowledge of solid dosage form development and manufacturing major pharmaceutical or nutraceutical processes and formulation and manufacture of finished dosage forms.
Experience giving strong technical presentation skills at an academic or industry forum required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Background as a Pharmacist formulator or in similar product development background preferred
Strong ability for customer interfacing exposure to customer interaction
Ideal candidate will possess commercial/business development as well as technical abilities.
