Position Category: Product Lines - Well Construction & Completions Reports to: Sr Director, Talent Management Location: 2000, St James Place (onsite) This role is responsible for developing technical talent within assigned Product Lines across all regions. This role ensures alignment between business objectives, operational capability, and workforce readiness. The position is responsible for building and maintaining career pathways, supporting the development and delivery of training content and competency frameworks for field operations and other job functions.
