Strategic Responsibilities Growth, Vision & Innovation: - Act as a growth enabler with the Head of Department through well-designed POCs. - Anticipate technological shifts and drive early prototypes to ensure future readiness. - Envision platform and product capabilities aligned with long-term strategy. Research, Talent & Funding: - Mentor and develop Technical Architects and Product Owners. - Shape university and research collaborations aligned with platform strategy. - Front-end with stakeholders to support funding and investment decisions for new problem areas. B. Operational Responsibilities Platform & Architecture: - Lead rapid feature migration and platform evolution. - Architect horizontally scalable, multi-tenant systems. - Define reference architectures and ensure technical governance. Customer Enablement & Delivery: - Drive customer adaptations across TL, TSR, and MAV. - Enable platform localization and fast POC deployments. - Ensure predictable delivery of current customer and platform commitments.
