A Technical Director – Marine & Infrastructure is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex marine, infrastructure, and bridge projects, providing strategic and technical oversight from design through execution to final handover. The role ensures effective management of multidisciplinary teams, including design, construction, and commercial functions, while driving coordination across marine works such as dredging and concurrent packages. It involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental standards. The position also focuses on proactive risk management, performance monitoring of contractors and consultants, and resolving cost or schedule deviations through effective mitigation measures.
