Job Description Define and lead the overall technical strategy of the project Validate key technical architectures, design choices, and engineering concepts Ensure technical coherence, feasibility, and performance across all project disciplines Chair or contribute to senior technical reviews and decision-making forums Arbitrate complex technical decisions considering cost, schedule, and risk Provide leadership and oversight to engineering managers and discipline leads Act as the primary technical interface with clients, partners, and regulators Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent 15+ years of experience on large, complex industrial or energy projects Proven experience in technical leadership or project direction roles Strong background in regulated or high-risk environments Ability to operate at executive level with strong decision-making and communication skills Additional Information Long-term consulting assignment (approx. 360 days) On-site presence required in Kincardine, Ontario, Canada Contract/country: Fixed Term Job family: Technical Direction and Expertise
