Join our dynamic team as a Technical Director focused on Metrology & Inspection, where you will lead innovative projects for semiconductor customers in Taiwan. In this pivotal role, you will drive the penetration of cutting-edge metrology and inspection products, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your Role: Oversee new metrology and inspection projects for semiconductor packaging customers in Taiwan. Facilitate regular technical review meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment with our clients. Maintain daily communication with our European headquarters, local engineering teams, and customers. Cultivate strong relationships with Taiwan customers to enhance engagement and satisfaction. Who You Are: Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field. 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically with metrology and inspection equipment. In-depth knowledge of semiconductor packaging technologies and mass production processes. Proven track record in managing metrology and inspection equipment projects. Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken. Strong coordination abilities among headquarters, customers, and local teams.
