QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure / cloud / managed services.
• Strong expertise in:
• Microsoft stack (Azure, M365, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange).
• Networking & Security (Cisco, Fortinet, firewalls, SIEM tools).
• Virtualization/Cloud (VMware, Hyper-V, cloud migrations).
• Proven ability to design and oversee multi-tenant managed service environments.
• ITIL framework knowledge plus real-world technical troubleshooting chops.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.

• Hands-On Technical Leadership
• Serve as final technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity issues.
• Architect, review, and approve solutions for managed services clients (Azure, M365, networking, security).
• Guide adoption of automation, monitoring, and AI-driven service tools.
• Service Delivery Oversight
• Ensure SLA adherence, system uptime, and proactive monitoring.
• Implement ITIL-based processes and technical standards.
• Team Development
• Mentor engineers on technical problem-solving and certifications.
• Establish a knowledge-sharing culture and technical training roadmap.
• Client Engagement
• Act as technical authority in executive client meetings.
• Translate client business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Business Accountability
• Partner with leadership on pricing, margins, and P&L management.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for service expansion.
