In this role you will oversee the technical aspects of residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects. This leadership role ensures designs are executed effectively, technical standards are maintained, and project specifications align with the highest quality and regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing: Leads a team in the execution of technical solutions for initiatives and projects. Resolves obstacles that could slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives. Develops and maintains relationships with external partner organizations. Liaises with other teams to contribute to integrated programs and strategic initiatives. Develops innovative solutions that directly supports the business growth strategy. Leads team development, ensuring there is proper understanding/applying of regulations, policies, and procedures. Provides technical oversight. Stays up to date with current trends and developments. Develops technical talent. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 20 years of experience in construction, design management, or engineering, with at least 8 years in a technical leadership role. Extensive experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
