Role description: Provide expert technical guidance to the team on complex project delivery, innovation, and capability development. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies that can enhance the discipline's performance and competitiveness. Advise on strategic positioning of the discipline in major pursuits, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with client expectations. Actively contribute to major, high-impact, high-potential pursuits by shaping technical strategy, identifying broader scope opportunities, and supporting bid development. Serve as a senior technical advisor on critical projects, ensuring quality, risk management, and value creation. Collaborate with pursuit leaders and project managers to integrate GEC capabilities into global delivery models. Support in quality assurance across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with global standards, client expectations, and internal governance. Promote best practices, review protocols, and continuous improvement mechanisms to uplift technical quality. Support internal and external audits, peer reviews, and corrective actions to maintain high standards of delivery and compliance. Drive initiatives to enhance technical capabilities across the discipline, including training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing programs. Support transformation efforts aligned with GEC strategy and operating model changes. Support the Discipline Director to forecast and build future-ready technical teams through recruitment and learning and development. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, technical rigor, and delivery excellence. Build strong relationships with senior GBA stakeholders, advocating for GEC involvement in strategic initiatives. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and thought leadership. Support the Discipline Director in global forums, promoting GEC technical capabilities and reputation. Influence a culture of project delivery excellence and promote the culture and brand of Arcadis externally. Support the Discipline Director in introducing initiatives, standardization, upgrading, and performance improvement based on Discipline Director's instructions. Why Arcadis?
