Sales Gravy is the dominant player in on-demand and virtual sales training. About this position: Sales Gravy is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Director & Video Editor to join our production team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with daily in-studio production while also supporting post-production. This position is fully onsite at our Thomson, GA studio space. As a Technical Director at Sales Gravy, you will be responsible for: Operating Blackmagic switchers and audio boards while providing on-site support to clients during live training productions. Support all phases of production, from pre-production setup and testing (cameras, lighting, audio, and teleprompters) to live operations, including micing talent, ensuring proper shot composition, and operating audio boards and Blackmagic switchers. Support the team across production projects, including equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and software updates as needed. As a Video Editor at Sales Gravy, you will be responsible for: Edit video and audio projects across the full post-production pipeline, from ingesting and organizing raw media to cutting footage, designing graphics, mixing audio, and archiving final deliverables. Track and communicate project status and video inventory through Monday.com. Conduct quality control checks on all final deliverables against brand guidelines, technical specifications, and client requirements.
