Job Description Ramboll is looking for a proficient Technical Discipline Leads for mutliple markets (Buildings, Transport, Energy, Water). You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of building projects, ensuring they meet high standards of engineering excellence. Your duties will encompass technical leadership, project management, team management, and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the technical delivery of building projects. Lead and coach a team of engineers and technical staff. Ensure projects adhere to Ramboll’s quality and industry standards. Collaborate with clients to align project goals and deliverables. Contribute to the expansion of Ramboll’s Building sector through business development activities. Qualifications About you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Extensive experience in building engineering and project management. Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills. Excellent communication and client engagement abilities. Knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
