We are looking for a technical documentation employee (m/f/d) for our client as part of a recruitment agency, starting as soon as possible.

Task:

• They are responsible for the incoming inspection and management of material certificates and test reports.
• They are responsible for documenting technical documents in cooperation with production or site management.
• They create documentation taking into account the relevant guidelines, laws and standards as well as customer specifications.
• They are driving the digitization of existing documentation.
• They are responsible for archiving files and X-ray films, as well as data entry in a database tool.
• They organize express deliveries worldwide to customers or construction sites, including creating delivery notes and coordinating parcel services.

Qualification:

• You have successfully completed commercial or technical training.
• They have a basic understanding of technical standards and laws.
• They are proficient in using MS Office applications.
• They possess very good German skills, both spoken and written, as well as basic knowledge of technical English.
• They bring an independent, solution-oriented work style, commitment and flexibility.
