Sugden Ltd, a well-established industrial baking equipment manufacturer in Nelson, Lancashire, is seeking a talented junior engineer to join their team as an Engineering Manuals and Progress Plus Administrator. POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Engineering Manuals and Progress Plus Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and documentation of our client’s bespoke industrial baking equipment. You will work closely with the Spares, Servicing and Documentation Manager to produce and compile comprehensive engineering manuals. Additionally, you will be responsible for fully integrating and managing the company’s production control software (Progress Plus), contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.

• Compile and maintain accurate and detailed engineering manuals for industrial baking equipment
• Assist in the implementation and integration of the Progress Plus production control software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Engage with customers’ maintenance teams to understand their needs and provide exceptional support
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in industrial baking equipment and production control software
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and software utilisation
