Your mission Business & Market Development: Strategic expansion and positioning of TA Europe’s Technical Due Diligence business in the Spanish real estate market, leveraging one’s own network in a targeted manner Cross‑Selling: Strategic placement of TA Europe’s full range of services (e.g. Technical Advisory, ESG, Project Monitoring, Asset Management) with new and existing clients Transaction Management: Leading the Spanish project team on large‑scale real estate transactions and TDD processes for national and international investors across all asset classes, ensuring consistent standards and high‑quality delivery Client Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships with investors, banks and developers European Platform Development: Close collaboration with internal advisory teams and responsibility for the progressive expansion of the platform on pan‑European mandates Your experiences TDD Experience: At least 8–10 years of proven experience leading large‑scale real estate transactions and Technical Due Diligence mandates within a consulting environment Spanish Market Network: Strong and well‑established network with investors, funds, banks and technical service providers in the Spanish market Business Development Expertise: Strong market‑driven, acquisition‑focused and growth‑oriented mindset Commercial & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience in building, developing and strategically advising client relationships and in positioning sustainable, tailored solutions Communication & Personal Skills: Proven leadership experience, high level of ownership and accountability; fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Catalan, German or French are an advantage What we offer Flexible working hours: Flexible and predictable working hours so that your career and family/private life can be even better combined Hybrid working: Home office paired with time with colleagues in one of our modern offices.
