Job Description Colliers is looking for a Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Engineer to assess the technical, regulatory, and feasibility aspects of real estate developments to support investment and funding decisions. Key Responsibilities Review architectural, structural, and MEP designs and specifications Assess technical feasibility, constructability, and design coordination Identify design gaps, risks, and approval dependencies Review statutory approvals, NOCs, and regulatory compliance Conduct site inspections; evaluate existing structures where applicable Prepare risk registers and recommend mitigation measures Deliver high quality TDD reports for clients and investors Preferred candidate profile 2 to 3 years experience in real estate projects Strong understanding of NBC, NFPA, RPwD, and local development regulations Experience in technical advisory or due diligence preferred Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Why Join Colliers?
