REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce project management. Background in Shopify integrations or general eCommerce systems is mandatory.
Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of eCommerce technologies and digital tools. Comfortable navigating platforms like Shopify, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Scrappy and Hands-On: Excels at working in smaller organizations where processes are built from scratch rather than inherited. Comfortable “in the weeds” and taking ownership of complex challenges.
Strong Communication: Proven ability to bridge technical requirements with non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
Problem-Solver: Proactive and results-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills in dynamic and evolving environments.
Preferred Skills: Agile methodology proficiency and familiarity with digital marketing strategies like SEO/SEM and performance tracking.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Technical eCommerce Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in leading migration to Shopify and managing key digital/eCommerce transformation projects that will shape the future of our online retail platform. This is a hands-on, process-building opportunity for an experienced and tech-savvy leader who thrives in dynamic environments, paving the road for innovative growth within a rapidly expanding company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shopify Migration: Lead the migration of eCommerce platform to Shopify, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of processes, integrations, and tools.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver eCommerce transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, digital marketing integrations, and user experience improvements.
Process Improvement: Build scalable and efficient workflows tailored to the needs of a smaller company in growth mode, ensuring the alignment of project processes and business goals.
Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison between developers, designers, business stakeholders, and vendors, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.
Performance Optimization: Analyze operational inefficiencies and propose strategies to improve eCommerce performance, such as site speed, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Risk Management: Identify and troubleshoot project risks to prevent delays and disruptions within the eCommerce ecosystem.
