As someone who is no stranger to customer interactions, and someone with a strong technical background in bespoke software design and development, you’ll be a thought leader for how our solutions and teams can improve. You’ll gain a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem we work in, and you’ll be a go-to person for our team and the customer. In any given week, you’ll wear many hats. Relationship builder, architect, problem solver, technical guru, trusted advisor, and strategist. These are just some of the key qualities that come together for what we call a Technical Engagement Lead. Although the role does not have line management responsibilities, team interactions will be a regular activity. You will also build strong relationships with the customer's key stakeholders to gain an ongoing understanding of their strategy, what is important to them, and how they work. You will earn the confidence of our team with your technical depth and experience, not only in helping to guide consistency and best practices, but also in assisting with design QA activities in the Azure cloud web application space.
