Required Skills- * 7 to 10 years of technical management experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment and related fields equivalent experience in Computer Science and Engineering. * Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role. * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, or relevant technical domain. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management/resource management. * Experience supporting Global Financial customers, strongly preferred. * Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry strongly preferred. * Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients. * Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity. * Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems. * Candidates should be able to join in 30 days or less.   #LI-RB1 Qualifications Role Summary-  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Strategic Resourcing Engagement Manager to lead our technical teams, oversee project execution, and ensure that all technical solutions align with business objectives. This role requires a balance of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to support our Global Financial Strategic Resourcing business, based in APAC.   Responsibilities-The Technical Strategic Resourcing Engagement Manager will work with internal partners and customers to provide qualified staff for our Strategic Resourcing engagements. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in the various technical verticals through capacity planning, training, and process improvement. The successful manager will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineers as they execute their assigned engagements. * Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. * Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals. * Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance. * Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technical initiatives. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. * Effectively communicate changes and updates to both internal and external clients through emails and regular meetings. * Building strong stakeholder relationships to maintain current business and acquire net new.
