Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on and service-oriented Senior Technical Engineer / Assistant Technical Manager to support our technical operations in the food service equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with commercial kitchen equipment and be capable of providing technical support, coordinating service jobs, and delivering training to partners, dealers, and end-users.

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
3–5 years of technical service experience, preferably in the food service equipment or related industry.
Hands-on experience with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
Good communication skills, with the ability to conduct training and explain technical matters clearly.
Willingness to travel locally for on-site service and training.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and service documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with leading food service equipment brands.
Experience working with service partners and external dealers.
Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in commercial kitchens.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
