QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil
Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in technical engineering within the architecture or construction industry.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

· Lead the technical design process for architectural projects, ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.
· Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
· Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and client specifications.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects.
· Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to project technical aspects.
· Manage project documentation, including blueprints, contracts, and progress reports.
· Lead and mentor junior engineers and architects, providing technical guidance and support.
· Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
· Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure all technical work complies with local and national building codes.
· Conduct site visits to ensure that work is being carried out as per approved technical specifications.
· Implement and oversee quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
· Address any technical challenges or issues that arise during construction and provide solutions promptly.
