We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee a growing team of Project Engineers focused on analyzing and managing aircraft engine field data. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong customer-facing communication, and the ability to set strategic direction for data-driven engineering projects. The successful candidate will serve as the technical point of contact for our primary customer onsite in Oklahoma City and will lead initiatives that translate field data into actionable insights and engineering solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or engine systems
• Strong foundation in data analysis, performance trend evaluation, and technical reporting
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing or mentoring engineering teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; experience reviewing engineering specifications and technical documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with customers in a high-visibility setting
• U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to work onsite in Oklahoma City

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
• Familiarity with military engine programs or field sustainment engineering
• Active or prior Secret Security Clearance is a strong plus

• Lead and mentor a team of early-career Project Engineers supporting engine field data management and evaluation
• Serve as the senior technical liaison with our onsite customer, ensuring alignment across priorities and project deliverables
• Oversee the creation, review, and presentation of Evaluation Reports and Technical Packages
• Guide the collection, analysis, and interpretation of field data from engine hardware, identifying performance trends and projecting future needs
• Drive strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives based on emerging data patterns
• Present technical findings and recommendations to internal leadership and external stakeholders
