OUR CLIENT IS A MNC IN EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER TO BE PART OF THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities of Technical Support Engineer :

  • Provide product support and technical consultation to dealers and customers
  • Manage warranty cases and conduct technical investigations
  • Perform on-site testing, commissioning, troubleshooting (hardware & software)
  • Collaborate with customers’ engineering teams and liaise with factory support
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports
  • Deliver technical training to internal teams and external partners
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in engineering field
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in port equipment
  • Knowledge in PLC
  • Comfortable with travelling across SEA region
