Responsibilities:

As a Technical Engineer, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality pre-sales and after-sales technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Specify and select refrigeration and air conditioning products from our portfolio.
  • Prepare accurate quotations using technical and quotation tools.
  • Support Application Engineers and assist with product selection.
  • Take ownership of technical and product management issues for specific products or technical subjects.
  • Stay updated on market developments and help introduce new products.
  • Provide training and presentations to enhance technical knowledge across the business.
  • Maintain and develop technical tools and resources for the team.
