Responsibilities:
As a Technical Engineer, you will:
- Deliver high-quality pre-sales and after-sales technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Specify and select refrigeration and air conditioning products from our portfolio.
- Prepare accurate quotations using technical and quotation tools.
- Support Application Engineers and assist with product selection.
- Take ownership of technical and product management issues for specific products or technical subjects.
- Stay updated on market developments and help introduce new products.
- Provide training and presentations to enhance technical knowledge across the business.
- Maintain and develop technical tools and resources for the team.
