The Role
Position Title: Technical Engineer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation or live-out allowance Benefits: Company laptop and mobile phone Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings. Job Description: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. • Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. • Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and suppliers to meet technical and operational goals. • Monitor equipment performance, manage maintenance activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Open to Male Arabic nationality aged 30 years old and above • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering field. • Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. • Minimum 4 years of maintenance or project engineering experience, preferably in paint manufacturing.
