WORKPLACE: LISBON (ON-SITE)FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure that technical and functional configurations are aligned with architecture standards and recommendations;
• Ensure that all IT configurations comply with security obligations and frameworks;
• Install/configure/parameterize components/modules of Portfolio applications;
• Install new patches and/or implement updates when made available by the supplier;
• Design/build/monitor/update/disable data feeds as inputs and outputs of Portfolio applications;
• Build or administer database schemas for Portfolio applications and configuration of Oracle-based databases;
• Helping to plan, prepare and document delivery stages;
• Responsible for the L3 support level and analyze and diagnose incidents;
• Open and follow up a problem at supplier level (Axway);
• Ability to perform unit tests prior to UATs or Breakfix delivery;
• Establish efficient communication with stakeholders;
• Helping to create/maintain relevant documentation throughout the Portfolio lifecycle.
