We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to join our dynamic team for ongoing and upcoming villa, residential tower, and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, coordinating with design teams, and supporting project execution from pre-construction to handover.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in a similar role, particularly in villa, mid-rise, and high-rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering best practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Familiarity with international building codes and local construction regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
