Description
Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead a team of technicians to perform preventive/predictive maintenance of Audio Visual Lighting (AVL) Equipment and Adventure Facilities to minimize equipment and facilities downtime. Perform troubleshooting, repair/rectification, and replacement works for AVL Equipment and Adventure Facilities. Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for defects rectification works. Lead a team to perform setup of AVL equipment such as microphones, speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, sound, and mixing. Responsible for maintaining and auditing stock inventory of AVL and Adventure spare parts. Other relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AV systems, AV system operation, installation, and maintenance. Knowledge in safety regulations for electrical and mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for AV, electrical, and mechanical issues. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication and coordination skills with various departments. Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends/public holidays may be required Physically capable of lifting and installing AV equipment. Certifications in Work at Height and Mobile Elevating Work Platform (e.g., Boomlift, Scissors Lift, Aerial Work Platform) are a plus.
