Job Title Technical Executive (Roving) Job Description Summary Supervise service providers and ensure works are properly and safely executed and delivered on time. Job Description About the Job: Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations. Troubleshoot building services failure. Supervise, plan and organise the contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance and their work routine check and preventive maintenance strategies. Source, negotiate and follow up with Contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to specifications. Preparation of monthly and incident report pertaining to the site. About you: Diploma in Facilities Management or relevant specializations Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in similar property type with proven management ability.
