IN THIS ROLE…

You will drive the structural and durability performance of our drivetrain systems by performing advanced FEA analysis. Your responsibilities will extend beyond analysis to include pioneering new analytical methods, increasing team efficiency through automation, and establishing best practices for our CAE tools and procedures. A key part of your role will be elevating the team’s capabilities by mentoring fellow engineers and sharing your expertise with our design partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

• Conduct FEA analysis to evaluate structural and durability performance of design for drivetrain components, sub-systems, and systems.
• Lead new method development and test correlation
• Lead automation projects to improve efficiency of analytical DV
• Develop and maintain durability CAE guideline and material database files.
• Conduct regular assessments on CAE tools to identify the best practices & standardized methods.
• Develop and enforce procedures to ensure robust CAE results.
• Mentor and train CAE engineers and share knowledge with D&R engineers.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver robust design.
