Your Role

In this role, you’ll be a key driver of MC3’s growth in the fabrication sector by:

  • Owning the sales cycle from lead generation to close — leveraging MC3’s marketing leads and your own prospecting.
  • Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Understanding client challenges and delivering tailored fabrication solutions in collaboration with our engineering and design teams.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling technical presentations in-person and virtually.
  • Prospecting and developing new accounts in targeted industries.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts, pipelines, and CRM activity logs.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (fabrication, manufacturing, or technical sales preferred).
  • A track record of exceeding targets.
  • Mechanical aptitude and industry knowledge to work effectively with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a strategic mindset that turns opportunities into long-term wins.
  • A proactive, relationship-first approach to sales.
