Job Description

As a Technical Facility Manager International (m/f/d), you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth technical operation and high-quality standards of our hotel properties outside Germany. As part of the Senior Technical Asset Manager International’s team, your role includes:

  • Overseeing the technical operations of our international hotels
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and continuously improving our technical and quality standards
  • Managing contracts and maintaining strong partnerships with service providers and external partners
  • Assisting in budget planning and cost control
  • Supporting new hotel openings and managing warranty processes for newly built properties
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of our CAFM system
  • Acting as the primary contact for landlords
  • Collaborating closely with various departments at our Head Office
  • Training and onboarding new Managers and Maintenance Managers
  • Leading and supervising (construction) projects of various sizes
