QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (required)
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
-Experience with PLM systems (preferred)
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Designer to join our Boulder team. This role will support the design and development of accessories across multiple categories and will require both technical expertise and creative insight. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about building great products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Design Support: Assist in the creation of tech packs, technical sketches, product design, and development. Understand construction, materials, and finishing details. Apply knowledge of prints, knits, hardware, and factory capabilities to product execution.
  • Design & Trend Research: Identify current & emerging trends, provide inspiration, and develop design CADs to support customer projects.
  • Collaboration: Partner with designers, sales, and cross-functional teams to align product vision, support customer needs, and develop sales tools. Adaptability and versatility are essential.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Collaborate effectively with global teams, troubleshoot design and production challenges, and maintain a high standard of quality and detail.
