Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to oversee and coordinate design documentation and FF&E for hospitality and residential projects. This role will work closely with BHC’s senior design leadership and management team to review consultant drawings, ensure design integrity, and support successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Strong technical background with experience in design and quality control for hospitality and residential projects.
  • Proven FF&E management experience, including specification writing and procurement oversight.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Spexx preferred).
  • NCARB or NCIDQ certification preferred.
  • Excellent management, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Review and coordinate interior design consultant drawings for accuracy, alignment with design intent, and cross-discipline coordination.
  • Provide detailed design solutions, review RFIs, submittals, and FF&E specifications.
  • Review and coordinate MEP documentation.
  • Oversee and track FF&E procurement, artwork, and accessories, including specification reviews and shop drawing approvals.
  • Collaborate with design leadership to research and recommend materials, products, and finishes that meet budget and quality standards.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to best practice guidelines.
