• Assess and fulfill needs for replacement parts.
• Record comprehensive trip reports, documenting all issues, responses, and future steps.
• Organize and assist in factory acceptance and quality tests to ensure timely shipment approvals.
• Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and crating processes for various systems.
• Support account representatives by fortifying customer relationships and offering premier service.
