Description

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications preferred: Lenovo, Dell EMC, HPE, NetApp, VMware, Microsoft, Cisco.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of servers (x86 systems, rack & blade) and storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID, Fibre Channel, iSCSI).
  • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Linux, Windows Server, and command-line administration.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and ITSM ticketing systems.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site support (sometimes outside business hours).
