WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping people grow. If you enjoy working with teams, spotting what’s working well and what could be better, and turning that into action, this could be the role for you.
As a Technical Field Specialist, you’ll be out in the field, supporting our teams to do their best work. You’ll coach individuals and groups, helping them build skills, stay motivated, and reach their goals. You’ll work closely with managers and other teams to make sure everyone’s pulling in the same direction.
You’ll design and run training sessions that are practical and easy to follow. You’ll help people set clear goals and track their progress. You’ll celebrate wins and help tackle challenges. You’ll use data to spot trends and share insights with senior leaders, so we keep improving.
This role is all about people. You’ll need to be a great communicator, a good listener, and someone who can turn feedback into action. You’ll also need to be confident using performance data to guide your work.
