We believe in building in-house competence and agile work processes so that we can deliver on our Engineering mission: A flawless player experience Job Description What we're looking for Required qualifications: Secondary, technical or higher education English at B2 level or above (spoken and written) At least 3 years of experience in game development Good knowledge of Unreal Engine Experience with particle systems and visual effects, especially UE Niagara Knowledge of C++, Python or MAXScript Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.) Experience with at least one 3D modelling tool (3ds Max, Maya, Blender or similar) Knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Substance Skills & competencies: Strong communication and collaboration skills Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach Attention to detail Ability to create and maintain technical documentation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback Ability to work independently as well as within a team Ability to communicate ideas effectively with designers, developers and stakeholders Nice to have: Degree in Design, Multimedia or a related field Experience with other game engines Knowledge of sculpting tools such as ZBrush Experience with Corona Renderer or other offline rendering solutions Advanced scripting skills in C++, Python or MAXScript Understanding of WebGL Experience working with AI tools, neural networks and Large Language Models (LLMs) Previous experience in the iGaming industry What you'll do: Provide technical support to the Design team, helping solve complex technical challenges related to tools, workflows, game code and Blueprints Support Artists and Engineers with asset validation, optimization and troubleshooting Develop and maintain automation solutions for art production pipelines Create and integrate game assets and environments when needed Edit, clean and optimize character animations Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices for the team Research and implement new technologies, tools and workflows to improve production efficiency Collaborate closely with Developers, Designers and other stakeholders Contribute ideas and improvements to existing processes and pipelines Maintain project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks Participate in design reviews, team meetings and brainstorming sessions Support team members during absences when required Report progress and project status to the direct manager Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines Ensure technical and artistic solutions meet project requirements and stakeholder expectations Implement feedback and finalize assets based on stakeholder reviews Maintain project documentation and follow established workflows Continuously develop technical and professional skills relevant to the Technical Artist role Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement Additional Information About Us Evolution is a market-leading developer and provider of products and services for online casino entertainment.
