Job Description: Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to users via phone and other communication channels. Log and track customer inquiries using a problem management database, maintaining detailed records and documentation. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer issues to ensure prompt resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Assist in vehicle programming support and IT system troubleshooting. Follow established escalation processes and develop follow-up steps for unresolved issues. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication. Mandatory Requirements All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: 2+ years of IT technical support experience. Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose and repair PC hardware and network components. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong commitment to attendance and reliability. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of LAN/WAN IT infrastructure. Experience in IT or automotive systems. Certifications such as CompTIA A+. Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office. Work Schedule: Ability to work first and second shifts, including occasional Saturdays.
