What You’ll Do Train the Next Generation You’ll design and deliver training that helps our technicians master the skills they need to succeed. Develop and deliver HVAC/R technical training programs Lead hands-on classroom and field training Teach core topics like: Refrigeration cycles Electrical diagnostics Airflow and system performance Controls and combustion Train best practices for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, EPA refrigerant regulations, and NJ requirements Mentor & Develop Technicians This role goes beyond training — you’ll help build careers. Support onboarding and ongoing development for new and existing technicians Evaluate technician skill levels and recommend career development plans Build relationships with technicians across the company Be known as the go-to coach and mentor for technical growth Build the Hawks Training Program You’ll help shape the future of our training program. Develop training schedules to help technicians reach their next career step Create lesson plans, manuals, and skill assessments Deliver training on: Electrical schematics Commercial installation practices “Pull-through work” Provide on-site field training Help expand our Hawks University Training Lab Develop training modules and competency labs Your Growth Path at Hawks We invest in our trainers just like we invest in our technicians.
