THE OPPORTUNITY:

KBR are currently seeking Technical Identity and Access Management Engineer.
As a Technical Identity and Access Management Engineer (IDAM), you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts that is responsible for providing technical expertise for client’s various environment and providing L3 IDAM incident management within their ITSM toolset.

• Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI’S) timeframe
• Third Party Vendor Engagement
• Participate in client projects when required
• Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S)
• Develop and update Detailed level design
• Participate in out of hours activities as required
