Description

We are seeking a Technical Implementation Engineer to join our product delivery team, responsible for implementing and delivering customized, client-specific solutions. This role is primarily focused on application implementation, combining SQL development, system configuration, deployment, and moderate .NET development. The position requires a strong technical foundation, with the ability to work across multiple responsibilities, including development, business analysis, and client-facing collaboration—within an Agile (Kanban-based) delivery environment. The Role Application Implementation & Delivery * Implement and deliver configured and customized solutions based on client requirements * Deploy, configure, and initialize client environments * Implement portal solutions from base products, including custom modules, web services, and workflows * Ensure adherence to best practices in implementation and configuration Development (Primary Focus: SQL) * Perform heavy SQL development, including: * Stored procedures * Views * Query optimization * Contribute to .NET / C# development where required * Work with related tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and IIS Analysis & Collaboration * Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (technical and non-technical) * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Provide effort estimation and evaluate technical feasibility for queued work items * Act as both a developer and business analyst when required Testing & Quality Assurance * Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts * Perform unit and end-to-end testing * Participate in code reviews and ensure solution quality before deployment Process & Documentation * Follow defined processes and protocols for implementation * Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and documentation * Contribute to continuous improvement of team documentation and standards Support & Troubleshooting * Diagnose and resolve technical issues * Assist in handling client escalations * Support production systems when needed Work Profile / Technology Mix * 40–50%: SQL Development (Stored procedures, views, optimization) * 20–30%: .NET Development (C# / ASP.NET) * 10–20%: Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration * 10–20%: Support and troubleshooting
