WHAT’S ON OFFER As a Technical Implementation Engineer reporting to the Manager, Technical Implementations, you will play a critical role in configuring and implementing our AI-driven platform to enable our customer’s success. You will partner closely with the Business Acceleration and Engineering teams throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle and be responsible for managing all data-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fluency - especially in data analysis, querying, and ETL. WHAT YOU WILL DO Work directly with our customers to discover data assets and work to integrate them into our platform Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define technical requirements for implementations Configure our platform to meet the needs of the customer Build automated ETL workflows to enable repeatable and high quality data ingestion Utilize modern data tools like PySpark and Snowflake to explore and troubleshoot issues with ETL, data ingestion or system configuration Utilize our platform to ensure smooth weekly data deliveries Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system processes and drive scalability Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with customers’ existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality Lead troubleshooting efforts during implementation phases to resolve technical challenges Uphold security protocols to protect data integrity and comply with industry standards WHAT YOU BRING 3 + years of experience with data migration and ETL tools 3 + years of experience utilizing large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake Strong proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, SQL), database management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce) and standards Previous experience in the life sciences/pharma industry is a strong asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset WHAT WE OFFER A strong, positive values based culture, we Ignite Innovation, Own It and Stand Together Medical & dental benefits - with immediate enrollment for full-time, permanent employees Flexible working hours, focusing on what we achieve and not the number of hours we clock Flexible time off policies Stock option grants LOCATION We are a remote first company with employees in both Canada and the US.
