ABOUT FLOSSY

Flossy is building the future of dental office operations through Fiona, our AI dental receptionist. By streamlining front desk workflows and transforming the way practices handle calls, scheduling, and patient intake, we’re helping dental teams focus more on care. We’re in a rapid growth phase and looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Technical Implementation Specialist who can drive success during the most critical phase of our customer lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 - 6 years experience in technical implementation, product management or quality assurance
  • Excited to work at a small company in growth mode
  • Excited about Generative Artificial Intelligence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with dentists, practice managers, and technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Self- starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving processes.Demonstrated experience navigating tech platforms, CRMs, customer support tools, and productivity suites


    • Bonus:

    • Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with dental practice management systems.
    • Basic SQL skillsExperience with Twilio or other VOIP systems like Mango or Weave

    This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to have a real impact. You will lead technical implementation for new customers and step in to support troubleshooting and training as needed. You will be responsible for connecting and configuring Fiona, an AI Dental Receptionist, with individual dentist offices.
