  • Strong technical knowledge of listed machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Proven experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with store teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

EDUCATION:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or training in machine operation, maintenance, or tobacco manufacturing equipment will be an advantage.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a seasoned Making Machine In-Charge to lead the operation and maintenance of key tobacco manufacturing machinery. This role demands strong technical expertise and leadership to ensure seamless production and machine uptime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee operation of machines including below expertise:
  • GD 121, GD X, Docufle, Houni, Filter Machines
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns.
  • Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and quick resolution of machine failures.
  • Coordinate with the store team to request spare parts needed for repairs.
  • Train and supervise machine operators and maintenance staff.
  • Keep detailed records of machine performance, maintenance, and breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize output.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
