QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Engineering Bill of Material, Product Offering, electrical and hydraulic schematics, technical drawings.
  • Language skills: Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft software (specially Excel, Power Point) and other CNH tools like ePARTS, eTIM, DMC, Iview, Teamcenter, MS Dynamics.
  • Ability to read correctly Operators/Service manuals and Parts catalog.
  • Team player and problem solver.
  • High level of autonomy.
  • Used to work in digital environment to achieve synergies in our processes.
Responsibilities
  • Provide feed-back on Network literature queries and promptly cure them with required updates.
  • Estimate effort needed to produce literature for a new product launch, based on preliminary information available by platform and engineering at the early milestones and refine the estimation across the sequent phases of the program.
  • Detail planning of activities by developing estimated hours, resource requirements, purchase orders release and tracking.
  • Report progress for projects of responsibility to ensure completion of projects as scheduled, fulfilling all requirement of the Global Product Development (GPD) process.
  • Define Product / Document structure in the authoring system.
  • Provide reports/audits measuring quality on contents authored by internal authors or external suppliers.
  • Proactive communication with Platform to ensure Technical Information and Product Support activities are aligned with product launch plans.
  • Continuously monitor available Company systems to gather up to date information from Platform, Engineering, Testing, Homologation, Manufacturing, Quality and Product Support, Parts & Service to ensure that each product update is properly captured and fully documented.
  • Procure the units needed and arrange the workshop sessions to test and document the service procedures.
  • Electrical and Hydraulic schematics knowledge to support and develop the technical publication.
