Your role in the Innovation Lab As a Technical Innovation Consultant/ Developer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the design and delivery of innovative digital solutions. In your role, you will combine your skills as a Software Developer (m/f/d) with innovation, leadership and direct customer interaction. Innovate & Create: Design innovative digital solutions, translate business goals into technical architectures and implement them as targeted MVP solutions with our development teams Collaborate & Inspire: Work directly and proactively with our customers, think ahead about their needs and create enthusiasm through creative approaches – from the business level to the management level Pioneer in technology: Actively drive modern approaches in cloud, software architecture, AI and IoT Own Your Code: Take responsibility for holistic technical solutions with the team – from backend to testing Shape our innovation ecosystem: Identify trends and support the development of partnerships with start-ups, research and technology partners Your profile Experience with modern technology stacks: Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes as well as experience with AI solutions (e.g. training LLMs, building RAGs) and independent deployment via pipelines Skills in architecture and solution design: Experience in architecture, solution design and convincing customer presentation Consulting and communication skills: Ability to prepare complex technical topics in such a way that they can be communicated at C-level in a way that is understandable and ready to make decisions Start-up mentality, personal responsibility, teamwork & flexibility: Courage to think differently, ownership in the development process and team spirit in agile structures (no fixed roles or strict boundaries) 100% onsite availability in Germany, customer location, high willingness to travel Very good written and spoken German and English skills T-Systems onsite is the trusted digitalization partner for industry, telecommunications, the public sector and the defense industry in Germany.
