Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process.
They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, theyre ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers needs via phone, chat, web or email.WHAT IS ENTERPRISE INFRASTRUCTURE?Enterprise Infrastructure is responsible for 3 lines of business: Partner Solutions - the integration of products from our strategic alliances to provide end-to-end solutions for our customersDatacenter Infrastructure - Power & cooling infrastructure portfolio to present a holistic view of the datacenter to our customersUpgrades - Parts & upgradesfor our customer’s install base of servers, storage & networking to obtain improved productivity on their investments.These productssales go through Dell’s different route to markets: Direct salesDistributionChannelOnlineYou willProvide expert guidance and direction to the Core Sales team on Dells Enterprise Infrastructure solutions and build Pipeline Management / Net New Pipeline and Demand Generation;Achieve or exceed targets by selling Enterprise Infrastructure solutions, developing strong relationships with our partners and distributors.Challenge, manage and extend the existing pipeline, ensuring the right solution is created to meet customers requirementsRespond to customers queries and calls and provide direction and guidance/mentor to account team members and coaches others in closing the most complex deals;Execute sales campaigns accurately and promptly, providing appropriate feedbackEssential Requirements Advanced English communication skills (both written and oral)Intermediate Technical Skills, preferably in Enterprise fieldPrevious Relationship Sales experienceAdvanced understanding of our Enterprise Upgrades Portfolio (Memory, Networking, Storage);Sales Experience is a mustDesirable Requirements IT related or Business Management University DegreeTechnical Certifications in Enterprise fieldHeres our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
