We’re looking for a technically strong, customer focused Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative sales environment, and is excited to make a real impact on customer operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Technology (e.g., AsCT ) OR 2–5 years of related experience in industrial inside sales or technical applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll be responsible for turning technical inquiries into well-executed solutions. You’ll support the outside sales team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure customer satisfaction from concept to completion.
