The impact you’ll make As a Logistics Technical Training Instructor, you will enhance workforce capability and operationalperformance. Your role ensures compliance, reduces risks, improves KPIs, and fosters a culture ofsafety and continuous improvement through high-impact training and performance assessments. What you’ll do Training Delivery • Facilitate classroom, OJT, and simulation-based sessions. • Lead onboarding, refresher, and cross-training programs. • Ensure interactive training aligned with adult learning principles. Training Development & Design • Collaborate on curriculum and create engaging materials (e-learning, ILT, SOPs, visuals). • Customize content for logistics roles and keep materials updated. Performance & Compliance • Assess trainee performance and analyze training effectiveness. • Maintain records, certifications, and compliance documentation. • Align training with ISO standards and safety regulations. Collaboration & Tools • Partner with operations to identify skill gaps. • Use LMS, PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and simulation tools to enhance delivery. Who we’re looking for A proactive instructor passionate about workforce development and operational excellence. Yousimplify complex processes, adapt to diverse learning styles, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Preferred qualifications Qualifications: • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Education, or related field. • 2–3 years in logistics/supply chain roles; 2+ years delivering technical training. • Certification in instructional design (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, CPLP). • Familiarity with WMS, SAP; experience with LMS (JourneyHub, SABA) and e-learning tools (Articulate 360,Camtasia, Vyond). • Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations; multilingual ability is a plus. Technical & Systems: SAP (MM, WM, EWM), Barcode/RFID; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI &Power Automate. Training Skills: Design and deliver technical training; OJT, classroom, virtual facilitation; evaluate effectivenessand skill gaps. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable in fast-pacedenvironments.
